The 915 Tree Keepers Program is a City of El Paso initiative that helps neighborhoods grow greener by providing free trees, tools, and guidance for community planting projects. Residents work together to plant and care for trees, improving shade, air quality, and overall neighborhood appearance.
Neighborhoods can participate by nominating their street or area through the City’s application process. Typically, a small group of neighbors (around 5 or more households) is needed to get started. Once selected, the City provides support and coordinates a community planting event.

At Vista Del Norte Estates, safety begins with community involvement. Through our Neighborhood Association and volunteer Block Captains, we are working to establish a Neighborhood Watch Program in partnership with the El Paso Police Department.
Neighborhood Watch programs connect residents with local law enforcement, helping improve communication, increase awareness, and deter crime. By staying engaged and looking out for one another, neighbors play an active role in keeping the community safe.
As a growing neighborhood, this proactive approach helps ensure Vista Del Norte Estates remains a safe, connected, and prioritized community.
